Corrections Policy

We work from primary documents, but casinos change their terms constantly and we will sometimes get something wrong. This page explains what we treat as an error, how to report one, and what we do about it.

What Counts as a Material Error

A material error is a factual mistake that could affect a reader's decision, including:

  • Wrong bonus figures — match percentage, cap, wagering requirement, max bet or expiry
  • Wrong payout or withdrawal windows
  • Wrong licence status or licensing authority
  • Wrong market availability — listing a casino as accepting players it excludes
  • Misstating what an operator's terms and conditions actually say

How to Report an Error

Email us at contact [at] winwave.io with the page URL and, ideally, a link to the operator document or register entry that shows the correct value. Reports that point at a primary source get verified fastest.

What We Commit To

We acknowledge error reports within 2 business days. Reported errors are checked against the primary source, and verified corrections are applied promptly. Material corrections get a dated correction note on the corrected page, so readers can see what changed and when.

Corrections vs Routine Updates

A correction fixes something we published that was wrong at the time. A routine update reflects something that changed after publication — a casino revising its bonus, adding coins or updating its terms. Routine updates follow our updates policy and don't carry correction notes.
