About WinWave

WinWave started because we got tired of casino review sites that repackage operator marketing copy and call it a review. We wanted something better: reviews built on what an operator's own documents actually say, not on what its ads promise.

WinWave is run by a small editorial team covering crypto casinos and the on-chain side of gambling — licences, bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, KYC policies and provably-fair mechanics. Everything we publish is signed by the WinWave Editorial Team; there are no invented reviewer personas here.

How We Assess

For every casino on this site, the team works through the same documentation-based checklist:

  • Verify the licence against the regulator's public register
  • Read the full terms and conditions and bonus rules — wagering, caps, game weighting, max bet
  • Compare the marketed bonus against what the T&Cs actually grant, and flag mismatches in the review
  • Record only operator-published withdrawal timeframes — where an operator publishes none, we say so instead of inventing one
  • Check supported coins, networks and KYC triggers in the operator's own policies
  • Verify on-chain claims (like published bankroll wallets) directly on a public block explorer where the operator makes them

We do not claim first-hand play testing unless it actually took place. When an operator's marketing contradicts its own terms, the review shows both — the claim and what the binding document says.

How We Make Money

Let's be upfront: we earn commissions when you sign up at a casino through our links. That's how we keep the site running and fund our research. But we've ranked partner casinos lower when they deserved it — check our Cloudbet review if you want proof. The rankings reflect our own assessment against each operator's published terms, not who pays us the most.
